its good to have customer insight so that we as instructors can mold our customer service to reach a broader band of future customers and creat a better industry standard

these students come into this school most of them never having any experience so it is very important that good customer service be applied because they will allways have that and carry it into the industry. higher quality higher pay

Giving the student quality training will reflect on the job and get people asking where they went to school and with a positive outlook they will be willing to share.

aside from having just a good attitude, i can relate with student's personal job experiences to help them to see the practicality in what were learning also let them share as well on how it relates.

I think no matter what age or group a student might fall into, dignity and respect to each is a standard that i would expect and will practice with these individuals. I also think that listening and validating their input will help boost confidence and overall moral in the classroom. Hopefully with this understanding, it will give them a positive perspective on jobs they encounter because attitude comes first then skill and knowledge.
