The Dear Colleague letter was something I was unaware of. I understood incentives, but seeing all of the details at once clearly listed is helpful for employees. 

It's important to provide students and prospective students with accurate information to ensure misleading statements are not being made. Schools should not guarantee employment outcomes once they have completed a program. 

In this course I've learned how important it it to accurately provide all necessary information to students to avoid misrepresentation or misleading statements. The laws and policies reviewed in this section ensures all schools follow the same ethical and honest communication expectations.
