Evaluating your students helps them know where they are at. Need to do this more. 

Feedback is extremely important in order for the student to know how to better themselves. I will be more consistent doing this. 

What i have learned is that we continue to see what works and what does not. Try to come up with a system that our students can do and yet succeed.
