I learned preparation is key, practice leads you closer to where you want your class to be as far as structure, teaching and learning all around. putting this steps in practice from start to finish will lead me to becoming a better Teacher/Instructor everyday for the students. 

I have better grasp the importance of developing a know how teaching method. Having something as simple as a sheet of paper with notes in hand will guide you to a better and more structure class.  

By reading and watching the ED-101 affective strategies I have better understand and obtained information regarding professionalism in the sense of adding fun to it. I have noted new ways to use this to attract and engage with students to help them stay interested in the class and also help them learn and understand better. I think by just keeping up with this practices in your everyday career will help you master it. Using this fun professionalism methos will keep you a little more updated in how a student likes to learn.
