I learned the different strategies to encourage critical thinking. I will be using the strategy of asking students to justify and explain their positions. 

I appreciate learning about the types of active learning including reading, reflective writing, displaying, and doing. I plan on incorporating all four of these things into my courses. 

I like the discussion about self actualization and self reflection. Something that I will continue to utilize in my courses. 

I appreciated learning about the different types of active learning and plan on using a mixture of the different types in my courses. 

The different components to keep in mind when designing an instructional unit including integrating interactive activities. 

All the different ways in which to provide feedback and make sure that support is being provided to the learners.

Learned the importance of providing feedback and discussion in an aysnchronous learning environment.

I personally liked learning about the different questions that you ask yourself when you are assessing a tool for effectiveness.
