Motivation in the classroom is important to provide dynamic and understandable learning for students, and the use of tools during the teaching process helps us achieve our objectives in a more didactic way and will impact their professional success.

The instructor or teacher must be aware that each class and each student is not the same and that we must prepare it according to goals and objectives, we must be creative and demonstrate that we are passionate about teaching because the student will perceive that and their response will be in relation to what we as instructors provide them.

Adult education is different. They learn when they need and want to learn. They know the benefits that training can bring them and the problems they can solve. They are able to connect new knowledge, skills, and attitudes with their experiences, but they have problems adapting to the current reality. They must rely on both their intrinsic and intrinsic skills and have clear learning objectives.

There are different teaching methods and it must be in accordance with the students' learning style.

I consider that evaluation should be constant to reinforce what has been learned.

All styles are useful in determining the best learning process for each student.

In the area in which I work, teaching and learning are applied with different learning methods, but all of them are aimed at ensuring that the student can understand what has been learned. It is not just about memorizing but also about having a critical and practical action to be able to apply what has been learned.

Social networks and digital platforms help us in marketing but we must have rules for their use, and the information provided must be correct and clear for the users who see it.
