I learned the differences between Licensing and Accreditation, and valuable information about credit transfer

I learned that any marketing strategies in my institution should be appropriately informed to admissions staff. Also, the admissions staff needs to truly understand each program to better assist prospect students.

I learned that The Enrollment Agreement needs to be read and explained thoroughly to all prospective students. This is a very important step and all student's questions must be answered.

This is my first time taking this training and my first time being an admission director for my own school. I learned so much about the rules I am supposed to follow and how to properly enroll students following all the guidelines.
