Motivation is key for the success of our instructors and our students.
I will keep from this module the Refocus and Unburned and their meanings.
I have learned that is important to have an environment where the students are confidents, where the feel positive and connected with their partners and instructors.
it is important to take in consideration that every person it is different and we need to learn how to manage that. Also the real life for an adult can impact the develop.
I have learned that it is important to have good intake training for our employees, so they can meet the requirements of our students and can answer questions and concerns without giving incorrect information.
It is important to use various tools to transmit information to students, with this we can maintain the interest and curiosity of students to see what new things they will learn and handle tomorrow.
The first class, although it may not seem like it, is very important, it allows you the first contact with your students, share things about yourself and also know a little more about them and their preferences, qualities and expectations.
It is important to have a plan, communicate, define policies, rules and expectations and share them with our students so they know how they will be measure.
Lead by example, follow the rules and be a professional while teaching with passion.
I have learned that despite the objective we have to enroll a specific number of people, meet some personal goal or goal imposed by our supervisors, we must always follow the rules and not agree in negotiations that may affect our reputation and that of our company institution in the future.
