When going from a f2f classroom to online the layout is very important.  The ability to access information easily with a proper and consistent layout will help students manage the change with less stress.

Online learning involves that the instructor must wear many hats.  Proper communication and student participation are essential for student learning.

Communication and organization are essential to a successful online classroom.

There are many technology tools available. The instructor must use the tools that complement their teaching style.  Instructors must also ask for student feedback regarding the effectiveness of those tools to see if a change needs to be made.
