Student First is very important, completely agree! The training is always a good reminder of how we should all work together through our sturucturall organization on ethical practices and staying in compliance.

As an admisions associate, it is important that we have a "student first" attitude.  This means that we must always keep the students best interest as our top priority.  We must make sure we gain a clear concept of the student, fully and accurately explain our program specifics and provide all informatin to them so that an informed decision can be made.  As we stay compliant througout the advertising, operations, and admissions processes we are able to build credibility as an institution with not only our prospective students but to the community as well.

In the admissions department, it is necessary to have team meetings. Our director of admissions does a great job to be "one step ahead". It is great to regroup, discuss necessary changes, continually discuss our program, and use each other as resources to better ourselves.

Knowing your program is key! Believeing in your program is imperative. Schedules, classes, student obligations, privileges-- just a few things that make my specific program so unique and I stand behind that!

Not only have we gained more in depth knowledge of our careers as Admissions Associates, but to have the resources right at our fingertips is fantastic! The terms, commission rules and regulations- all a necessity for our team.

This couse was very informative, and a great refresher from my initial training. It is nice to also get more information on compliance regulations, and other various topics that directly affect Admissions.
