This course was really helpful. Embracing new cultures is so beneficial and crucial especially in the workplace.

I enjoyed this lesson. It helped me understand further how to work with my boss in difficult moments. 

Knowing how to assemble a strong team is so important. "You're only as strong as your weakest link" so it's important to plan accordingly. 

It's important for there to be goals in meetings. With a sense of purpose, all team members or participants will appreciate it and feel valued.  

Team management brings more clarity in ways to communicate between the team. 

With what we have learned, leaders are made and not necessarily born into that position. But with that in mind, all styles are different as are people. This can be both a pro and con, especially in the workplace. A strong leader needs to know how to navigate all styles and personalities. 

This lesson was really insightful and explained how to produce a PLDP (personal leadership Development plan).

I have learned a lot regarding leadership tool kits. It's important to be empathic, but within certain constraints. It is a strength within itself to know your own weaknesses or ask for help when it is needed.

In this sessions I learned a lot about leadership legacies. I plan to keep applying what was in this chapter.

In this lesson I learned the significance between the top and the worker ants. But in order to have some sort of societal function, you need followers and you need leaders. There can not be one without the other.
