I have learned that by reminding students of their purpose, it will help to motivate them.

I've learned that it is important to recognize your achievements as well as your student's achievements to keep everyone motivated.

So far I have learned that is important to keep each student in mind as an individual. Also, it is very important to give positive feedback as often as possible to ensure that students are staying engaged and encouraged to move forward with their education.

I have learned to ask each student about their goals and why they are here. It is also important to understand each individual student's background and how they learn and interpret information.
