When choosing a college for themselves, adults have several motivating factors.

Location - close proximity to work or home

Time Commitment - multiple priorities to juggle

Cost - many financial commitments

Just because an adult completes the application procees and is accepted, does not mean he or she will actually start. U    

The school's accreditation determines whether the transfer credits are transferable. It is important to be able to explain the differences in accreditation and how it affects the transfer of credits at your school.

Being ethical is providing all the relevant information so the other person can make an informed decision.

Leadership begins with self-leadership. Until you know who you are, your purpose, your strengths and talents, you cannot be authentic. Authenticity is the opposite of ambiguity.

It is important for all of us to go outside our comfort zone to learn new methods and information. This is a reminder to us that a prospective student's perspective is different from ours because we are (hopefully) in our comfort zone. Another person's perspective is right for them and it is up to us to understand their perspective, not the other way around.
