A well rounded and thoughtful approach to all aspects of life will benefit the individual.  Applying these concepts to education is the first step in lifelong satisfaction and overall success.

The psychology of being is an interesting assessment of needs.  To deny any one aspect of the full circle would result in an overall lack of success in becoming fully developed as a human and as an influencer for learners.  Positivity has to also acknowledge negativity.  The circle needs to be fulfilled.

A strong intent to appreciate another has value that breeds stronger relationships and encourages a healthy end result for everyone.

Exploring options with a specific and organized plan will yield the highest success rate in the pursuit of lifelong goals.

As a hiring manager, after resumes have been accepted for having met the minimum requirements to hold the position, the most significant aspect of the interview is the professional component.  All aspects of the interview needs to reflect the individual's level of professionalism.  A weakness in this area can negate an applicant from consideration even if the applicant is more qualified than the others.

Developing leadership skills is an essential part of developing the student to survive and thrive in the business and career world.

IT integration is a fast evolving and extremely popular mode of interacting within a business and beyond the walls of the business.  The mastery of the technical side is essential in developing the proper array of tools to be the most successful in an ever growing technological world.

Teamwork projects are a skill based operation.  Without the proper leadership the project could very likely turn in a wrong direction.

Critical thinking can be taught and doesn't need to be a character trait already present in an individual.  It can be honed and developed over time if the skill is possessed.  It is a manner of thinking that can open a vast array of possibilities to the individual who chooses to incorporate them.

I liked the fact that as observers of behaviors in our students and incorporating a method of providing assistance to help them, there was also an emphasis placed on the the observer to take mental inventory of ourselves.
