Manager focuses on organizing and controlling, while a leader inspires and motivates their team to achieve a common goal. 

Be ready for the exit interview. Don't be argumentative about any of their findings, and ask for clarification if needed. 

Dead air isn't a bad thing during the interview process. Be clear with your answers, don't over explain, and it's okay if you don't know the answer. Just say that you don't know. 

POC should have a good understanding of the campus curriculum, procedures and policies. 

Be prepared, not surprised. All visitors must be treated in the same way, enthusiastically and cordially. Be organized. And more surprise visits are common. 

Do the self study, be thorough with your responses, and don't be afraid to show your weaknesses, but have a plan to strengthen them. 

The importance of responding to all the criteria, not just what is applicable to your specific campus/school. 

Learned how to stay compliant with Federal Guidelines and that the verbiage used is intentionally vague. 

I would like to become more familiar with the the documentation mentioned earlier. The different regions for accreditation, and the extent of what is needed.
