Picking the correct assessment tool for the assignment

 Asynchronous learning students can work at their own time frame. Synchronous all students are grouped together at the same time

Learning about different technology tools used for online teaching. Keeping recorded meetings to 10 to 15 minutes so the student does not get bored.

Beign consistant with building modules. Keeping modules in the same format. Testing the module before studente use the module

I learned that we must keep a record of communcation with students. Also behavoire issues with students and how to handle them

Letting the students know a little about myself might  help them in wanting to also post something about them self for others in the course. Knowing common intrest  

As a online instructor I need to know how to view assignments and to be able to keep track of what the students are doing during the couses. 

I also need to know how to set up a course and when to open and close a course
