I have taught level 4 and 500 exercise physiology courses at the University level for the past three years.  I recently was hired as an instructor in a personal training program and I believe a big challenge for me is that I am going to have to remember that my current students are not as educationally prepared as what I am used to.  I feel this will be a good learning experience for me because I am going to have to reduce my teaching knowledge to better meet my new students levels of understanding.
