This information will help keep me organized.

I pretty much make lists all the time.  I could learn to prioritize better.  I like the idea of looking at the consequences to do so.

Technology is so everyday and if an instructor doesn't keep up they risk losing their students attention.

Always define the objectives.  I love making lesson plans.

As an adult I know I get bored by just having to listen to a long lecture.  Breaking up the lectures by doing different activities can help the learner stay on track and maintain interest in the subject being learned.

First impressions are lasting impressions.  Once again, it goes hand in hand with professionalism when you are learn your student's names and show them how you care.

Planning and being prepared for your classes is important. It ties back to modeling professionalism for your students and it will make you look competent. 

I believe leading by example and modeling the behaviors expected are very important when teaching others.  Some students have no idea how to act in a classroom, let alone a profession setting.  It is my hope I can help them learn these behaviors.
