I agree with what was stated about adult learning, I truly believe that security and autonomy are two main issues in an adult learning program. It is important to build a non-threatening classroom, a wonderful way to do this is by "pair-think-share" technique.

I agree.  Some days it is easy to do the 3 M's and some days it is hard to be a positive 3' m's.

I believe that the admissions department must be honest with the students. I see no point into miss leading a student. It creates a negative image for the school in a whole
