Understanding the different types of intelligences to determine how your students will learn and asking for the critique to make improvements for reflective learning will improve the classroom situation.

Determine the question. Gather as much pertinent knowledge as possible. Be sure to ask more questions and have discussions that can further this knowledge and then, make a decision based on that knowledge. Deliver the information in a sensitive and precise way.

Critical education requires non-emotionally based decisions based on gathering  relational knowledge.

Critical thinking is the ability to gather and filter information in order to make self determined and thus educated decision vs having an emotionally based decision making process.
