This module has taught me the importance of becoming familiar with program knowledge and obtaining as muhc information about each department to feel confident in what I am offering prospective students. Keeping up to date with the institutions regulations and procedures are also vital for compliance and the integrity of our institute. 

The success of prospective students is in our hands, and the option to provide an excellent education and a peace of mind when it comes to career expectations is our duty. By advertising properly we can help plenty of students achieve their goals. 

I found the information in this module useful due to highlighting the importance of properly signing the documents which contain the terms and conditions and financial obligations. 

As an admissions rep in training I have been briefed on the importance of obtaining and locating the resources on hand such as the organization chart as we work hand in hand to provide prospective students accurate information and guidance.
