Has anyone have any problem with students being active or productive online?

I know this is somewhat kind of new to my students, being in CTE and the field of pharmacy really is all about hands on but we do a lot of data entry. 

You will thing the students will be fluent to be online with data entry, but I am not finding enough engagement with a few students.

I have tried posting pictures, creating discussion, and other items. 

I have reached out to the students as well, and their reasoning is its too much to do along with… >>>

Managing time is important. Focusing on organization, discipline, and flexibility is the goal.

LMS activities requires organization. Create an schedule that you can follow daily with top 3 items to tackle. Staying on task is a mission but it can be accomplished. 

Creating different modules helps the student to stay focus in one area. The module can consist of assignments, test, etc. 

Guidelines must be developed to make sure the content is understood, knowing that students learn differently. Engaging is a key component in learning. 

Teaching online involves researching for the best technology that student and teacher can easily navigate to enhance learing.
