Good tips for incorporating buddy and controlling to end up with guide style. 

I feel that OC can do better with housing for our unhoused folks. 

I recognize I work way too many hours and don't take time for myself. I need more sleep, better nutrtiion and more time to hit the gym. 

I learned that there are many new tools available to increase accessibility to learning. I had heard of some of these but not all. 

This material was something I have first hand knowledge of as I have a son with disabilities. The transition from K-12 to college can be very difficult. There is a great deal of structure for students with disabilities and a 504 plan in place. In college, there is often not as much structure and students with disabilities tend to struggle during the transition. It is important for students to utilize the Accessibility office to set up a plan for success

It is interesting to learn that there are "hidden disabilties" that the student may not even identify as a disability. It is important for the instructor to have various methods of delivering information so that all learners are able to comprehend the materials. Having an organized classroom format, syllabus, and materials will help assist every student to have access.
