A quick self-assessment

What have you learned? I have learned the importance of paying attention to students as individuals to maximize retention
How can you apply it? I can be more sympathetic to their individual needs, whether it is additonal instruction, encouragement, or extra time needed due to life problems (without being a pushover.)
What support do you need? I think this is on me to implement, honestly.

The review of teaching methods was very helpful for me. As a result of taking this class, I plan to re-evaluate some of my lesson plans to better engage a variety of learning methods, and perhaps to flesh out the pre-tests I was using.
