Coaching is a great way where you can both learn from each other and grow. It is a great skill to lead and guide

People are more willing, when they develop trust and know you have their best interest. 

I agree energy and attitude go hand in hand for a successful balance at work and in real life.

High energy goes a long way, also creates a positive welcoming environment.
