This course was inspiring. Some of my takeaways were:
- Retention is the by-product of doing the right things the right way, of having the right people in the right place at the right time.

As a success coach, it is important to keep a positive, encouraging, and uplifting outlook so that the student will feel hope in whatever situation they face. This will combat Academic Erosion and Academic Stagnation, as well as guide them to a new paradigm of thinking to help them become successful.
