I learned in the module the importance of keeping a resource manual and keeping it up to date.  Transferring of credits and the terminology.

There are many ways to learn about the programs your institution offers. 

Having a checklist to stay organized.  Ensure you understand the enrollment agreement.  

I learned it is important to create a resource notebook, we must stay current on rules and regulations.   

It is important to know the rules and regulations of the institution.  We cannot guarantee placement but can provide the tools and resources.

Schools should openly provide required disclosures and clearly present facts related to school data.  

It is important to know the rules and regulations.  To be honest and state the facts to prospective students.  

Very informative section, establishing proper checks and balances helps to eliminate misconduct.  It is important to state the facts when speaking with students.

The military section was informative.  

The importance of being honest and to provide accurate information.
