Stress is so common in students life. There area many things to do to reduce, eliminate or handle with stress. 

Being transparent telling about stress you are feeling in work or in personal time. This permits that you manage your stress moments. 

Managing my time with the emails, some of them are not really necessary. And how to streamline teaching and assessment using technology, multiple choice evaluations in 50%. 

In this module I've learnd to priorized tasks. You can do that starting with a To Do list and putting numbers or if its recurrent will help you.

Cooperative games permit learner-learner interactiones that is better when you want your students learning in this enviroment. 

The participants preffer to interact within their partners in games. So to have engagement I need to be sure they can interact each other. 

Games and Simulators help the students engage with the class and the learning objectives. As teachers we need to supervise the interactions within the students so they focus in learning and not in winning or in their frustation when they loose. Every teacher need to spend time (TIME!!!!) to learn about games and simulators related to the terms we taught so we can implement them in class. Actually, I use online pages as Kahhot to close what we see in class, as a class final test. I will investigate others options of games and simulators I can implement in class.
