I really enjoyed the concepts of adding things like XP and other video game/roleplaying elements to the classroom. As an avid Dungeons and Dragons player this is an attractive and fun project for my immediate future! 

Keep the interview structured. Limit overselling your organization and allow the candidate to speak 75% of the time. All items I need to better work at.

Like most of us, some of my fondest learning opportunities came through the use of a good story. Whether this was during my education or childhood from an grandparent, a story always had/has a way to making a common fact become a valuable resource. 

 

This was a very detailed and easy to under description of Title IX/Clery/VAWA. While I have been a Title IX Coordinator for many years, the information provided, including the excellent template examples will greatly assist me in further revisions at my institution. 

Utilizing pretests greatly assist in understanding the knowledge level of each student. While I am an administrator and no longer teach in a classroom setting, this is information I can use greatly when providing professional development to our team. 

Some of the tools of establishing team job descriptions and providing for review/constructive criticism, really spoke to me. This is a great idea to get to know each other and work through some of the team building stages efficiently. 

Comment on Alberto Vasquez's post: I agree and I am also excited to utilize the Silent Poster at my campus. This was something I had never heard of previously and really seems rewarding.
