I would agree with you. Something that I am having to deal with is the reality of teaching. The literature often speaks of teachers as though they were lean mean teaching machines. It often neglects the human side of this job. If you are not careful, you will forget that you are a human being in the classroom. You do need to take care of yourself to be at the top of your game.

I really felt good after completing the ED107 because it reinforced for me many of the things I already do in class for my students. I am a trained educator and have studied these "best practices" before. It was a great refresher and I learned ways to enhance what I am doing to make it much better.
