I often say that my freshman logic class was the best of 6 years of post-secondary education. ED 116 didn't contain as much "good stuff", but it was very good at re-kindling the memories of learning to think and analyze clearly. good introduction.

Thanks for looking. My best estimate at this point is that a billboard is advertising without personal contact, but any personal contact like passing out brochures, etc. would be considered solicitation, and would cross into inappropriate action.

Locations for recruitment

It is inappropriate to recruit in unemployment services, WIC program, and other areas for folks who are possibly overly influenced by a "hope of better employment". OK, but what about advertising that might be seen from such a site. For example, a billboard or other general-view type message. I think that is probably not what the law intended, but does anyone know, or have a comment?
