It is important that techers and administrators know how to advise students to ensure they get the most out of their education. 

I agree in the importance of been a good listener. 

It is important that you create good listening habits that focus your atention on the speaker.

The objective is to deliver a skill and give meaning/value to the material they are learning. Not feel they are just income to the school. I can see how this must be of high priority in a school for profit

Adult and younger student do learn differently and we need to make sure we everything in our power to we eliminate barriers that can hinder the adult student.
