I have learned that personality traits are an important core factor in designing activities that align with the interests of my students. As an instructor, I must understand students' personalities to formulate an activity that best suits their interests. Creating a group activity that caters to all TC spectrums will ensure engagement, collaboration, and a sense of achievement for the students who are diverse in terms of personalities. Knowing these takeaways will greatly help me to perform all my duties and responsibilities as a teacher. 

I have learned the connection between the instructor's personality and the student's personality is a significant factor in the teaching and learning process. The best way to understand students' personalities is by knowing their dominant TC spectrum. I will use these takeaways in improving my teaching strategies to create a strong positive connection with my students. 

I have learned that True Color Personality Traits have their strengths, weaknesses, needs, and stressors. Knowing all of these will help me understand my students' personalities. Every student is special and we should understand their personalities to devise a strategy that suits their needs and interests. Ultimately, they are our top priority, and we must find ways to guide them in achieving their educational goals.
