Most students do not like asking questions in front of the class. One thing I do is have everyone write there question on a peice of paper and for 30 seconds they throw paper at each other. When times is up they ask the question from the paper they are holding.

I beleive that anyone who really takes pride in what they do or how they are perceived fills stressed out. Some people can manage there stress. I can not!

Grading

The best way to save time while grading a quiz is to spend a little extra time in the development of the quiz. Long answers take to much time to read and usually cause the students to stress out.

Time Management and Stress

I find that when I manage my time the way I think it should be, it tends to cause stress to the people around me in and out of the class.
