I have learnt that every student has the right to feel secure in the classroom or lab. As an instructor, I must ensure that all students are included during the lesson. The first step is knowing their names, this helps to build rapport with the students.

I have learnt that using real life experiences help students to retain more information. Being a good listener helps students to share their experiences and problems with others.
