Effective way to questio students and develop critical thinker would be open ended questioning. I plan to ask more open ended questions by putting the questions in my leeons plans so that I will ask themand have the answers prepared. Ask more students questions and allow wait time.

Open and closed questioning is a great topic. I know that the more rigor you can havein the questioning and the more open ended the question the more thought process and make it relevant or real world situations. Students are more apt to remain on task linger withth open ended questioning instead od just recalling facts.

I am not going to flip my classroom, but I am in agreement with alot of the methods and blooms taxonomy. Students do learn from peers and project based learning and inquiry as well as cooperativ leraning is very important. Rigor and relevance is the key to learning retention.

How do you handle students who are perpetually late with their work

Seems to me ou are talking more about online classes rather than a flipped classroom situation. Teh students should come prepared form the lectures to be ready to have discussions
