I find myself over years when I was in the classroom, always coming up with different techniques of teaching.

One day, it might be open disscussion..the next it may have been using the chapters we were covering that day

in a game format. I always found that's the best way to hold the students interest.

I truly enjoyed reading all the comments on customer service.

I feel our organization has wonderful customer service....always willing to go the extra mile!

I have always felt, a open door policy, would make you more aproachable and makes the students and staff, feel as if, they

can bring any concerns, they may have to your attention.

This also, goes along with good customer service.

 

I enjoyed this training course. I feel that good customer service makes for a very successful business.

I found out and will use many of the ideas, to build a good customer service foundation.

 

I just completed ED112 and found this course to be very informative and will be useful in the classroom.

I feel an instructor must be motivated in order to keep her students motivated.
