I've learned the importance of consistency and following a framework 

I never thought of social media as a tool for educating. This module helped demonstrate how social media can be used.

Courses should constantly be changing in evolving to meet the needs of our students.

Students learning online need more feedback to stay active. Peer feedback may also be a good tool.

This module pointed out that students and instructors both need to work on a healthy work/life balance in order to succeed while not becoming burnt out.

Organization is a very important part of online teaching and learning.

This module was helpful in stressing the importance of student motivation to be successful online learners. 

Its important to research a variety of tools and use varies means of communication to fit the course needs.

Communication is key for not only instructors but students as well.

This module brought up a great point. That online learning is not the easy way out, it takes a lot of dedication.
