@scmeaux :I tell my students that if you can't come to class and have some fun then why be here. I have learned that being able to laugh at our own mistakes helps you relate to the students. 

Sometimes soft skills are very hard to teach to adult learners due to them being set in their ways.

I think that motivation is the hardest thing in some students. Some of them are there to learn and some are there to be there.
