I agree. It's better to swallow the ego and admit you're not sure, than to act as if you do and put yourself and the students in a situation. It's hard to admit I don't know something, but even harder to on me to know that I have given invalid info. I owe it to my students to give them the best education I can, even if it means admitting I don't know. I also think it makes it easier for the students to admit they don't know, and ask for help.

I am so looking forward to taking this class! I think that in a hectic work environment, where our attentions are pulled in so many different directions, it's so important to pay attention to how we treat others, and to learn not to take things personally. I know this will be an asset to my ongoing education.
