Critical thinking and problem solving are great tools in student education.

Different active learning activities to use in my class.

It is important to be ready for technological difficulties, and have a plan in place to properly utilize active learning in the online setting. 

I've learned about active learning and the importance of utilizing it.  I will use it in my teaching to enhance student understanding. 

Different ways student learn, different conflicts that may arise and how to handle them.

I learned about synchronous and asynchronous meetings and why one is better than others.  I will utilize it to ensure I know how to assess if my students are retaining the information or not. 

I learned the best ways to get my students to trust me and my experience, how to make them feel supported, and how I can ensure to have a good instructor-student relationship.

Every teacher will have a different method for delivering course content.  We have to familiarize ourselves with the course, and the content to ensure the correct outcome and knowledge is being delivered.
