Being resilient is more about self then it is others- its in your control. Motivation, awareness and productivity is yours to control- of course there are outside factors that contribute to the doubts and overall efficiency that makes up ones choices, but it all lies with you. Keeping that awareness, I feel its important to keep that.

It was also very interesting reviewing ROI. 

Gaining and creating partnerships is VITAL to all aspects in the Career Services department!

Great info on marketing within goals as well as marketing services! 

AN open system such as a job board allows flexibility to our graduates! 

 

Maximizing graduate outcomes has to start within the institution.

 

It is always expected that if a graduate doesn't respond to our postings/ communications, then why are where did the relationship be lost to. Its important I feel to remember that they aware a student before a graduate and there experience within the campus is what could've skewed the view. 

Having a community not only endorses growth and perseverance but as well as accountability in doing what is right. 

As other professionals have stated in this posting- Career Services is NOT the antidote for an institutions overall productivity regarding student engagement. It begins when they first share interest to the admissions rep, to finding out pricing options  from financial aid, to all the way to their time in the classroom. Student success translates to graduate success.
