The Military Recruiting Command taught all of these same aspects of
being 100% ethical at all times. My transitioning to the Education Industry was seamless.
Was good to see my old Admissions Director Josh Moore on here !
That was 10 years ago - WOW
I have met with 100's of students in the past 15 years in education. I have to say that each person I sit in front of is wanting the
same thing. An established career that will support themselves in life. How much of a priority and sacrifice they are willing to take is up to them.
I have always thought I was a decent communicator in my professional career. Now I can take a closer look at each and every aspect of the communication skills. I have met with a lot of people between Army Recruiting to many years in Admissions. One thing that always sticks out is that each person is different. There is not one standard for all and I treat each person individually.
I 100% agree with that statement - i have used that concept all the way back when i was an Army Recruiter till today as Admissions
My previous career was in Army Recruiting and Educational Recruiting as some comparison mostly in Ethics and Compliance
It does cause you to think a bit with regards to ethics
It is a major requirement of our profession to stay current. We as representative impact peoples lives everyday.
