Activity

I've learned from this module to be more conscious of my perspective and well-being on a daily basis. I want to experiment with the PERMA assessment at the end of each the day, which I think is the similar practice of "gratitude" journaling, and find out if the specific "reflection" questions help me maintain a positive well-being or add to negative thinking because I didn't experience or accomplish all of the "reflection" elements.
