Taking this course really affirmed the things I already have been practicing in my role for the past 5 years. Understanding what language is appropriate when explaining the transferability of credits, for example, can mean the difference between being employed or unemployed so I would say that this course provided some very valuable information.

@Sweetamey : I can imagine how difficult it would be to start out as a "small fish" in such a big pond, Dianne! Rest assured that this course really seems to address all of the important compliance issues as they relate to recruiting - at least as far as I have seen in my short 5 year history in higher education. This course really reaffirmed what I've already been doing for the last 5 years. It's so important to know all of these details because it can mean the difference between remaining employed or not.
