There are so many leadership qualities that create amazing leaders. Being a great listener and an adaptable coach for all of your team members is so crucial so you can coach them at the level that they are at, and in a way that is receptive to their coaching. 

In my current role, I am a leader, and love inspiring, motivating, and helping my team reach new heights in their career paths. After having a better understanding of Manager Vs Leader I have a new found appreciation for the everyday responsibilities that a manager has to work but am also excited to share that vision with my other team members. 

Leaders are the VISIONARIES!! Managers are the implementers of the vision, they make sure that we see through to the goal of completing the vision. I plan on making sure that my visions are realistic to the end goal, and that my communication from my manager to my team are seamless to create a seamless and successful end result. 

Although very similar, both managing and leading require different skills and qualities within a leader to make sure that everything is still organized and delivered to the team in an efficient manner. Managers are essential to the growth of the business and the growth of the team/leaders.
