There are different types of learners and how they affect the class in synchronous and asynchronous learning environment. 

Important to know the difference between synchronous and asynchronous learning. That it is very difficult to achieve high level of interaction with your learners if your class size approaches 40.

The main thing I learned is what to include in my biography. Academic credentials and achievements in the first section and my professional experience and achievements in the second section. 

In this module the most important thing to know is the Course Management System. Also, the other important thing is timely communication with the students. As a instructor, I should set the course in the proper time and know all the due dates.
