I learned the differences between Title IX, Cleary act and VAWA and how the laws work with each of them.

The relationship between HIPPA and FERPA have to be distinguished and adhered to. The different "ACTS" were something I did not know about and are important for the consideration of FERPA.

I have learned that protocols pertaining to student privacy and rights have to be maintained at all times.

I have learned all the policies and procedures necessary to adequately protect the personal information outlined by FERPA.
