To have effective conversation with students and the class you must have proper questioning to involve proper communication and undertanding

Instructors should view content the students are expected to do. There are several forums that help run the class in an organized manner and easily maneuvering the content. 

Classroom structure is the most important part of running a classroom virtually. Structure provides the students and teachers better communication and less headache from syllabus to the learning module for the students to have success.

Having a record keeping system for text messages, chats and emails.  Understands the different learners also have different behaviors than others.  Keep you classroom controlled and comfortable for all students.

There are 6 different learners and we need to be able to identify with proper netiquette.  We also learned the difference between asynchronous and synchronous learning and how important each are and how very different the learning strategies are.

The relationship with your students requires modules and strategy for effective communication. 

The learning objectives of how to be structurally sound in the online environment. Learning how to read the classroom and navigate the system set in place for your school.  Keeping the students attention and providing plenty of feed back with integrity and support.
