It's important to really get to know the students to help with keeping them engaged and helping them to be successful. 

Remembering to refocus when feeling burnt out so that I won't lose my enthusiasm for what I am teaching. 

The importance of being enthusastic about the content that I am teaching and making sure that the students are receptive and engaging in what is being taught. 

Seeing the classroom from the student's point of view and learning how to really discuss things with them to get to know them better and help them in the best way possible. 

I learned the importance of appealing to each learning style and implementing various different delivery methods while teaching to ensure that my students do their best. 

How to provide helpful study techniques and advice to give my future students on how to adequately prepare for my class and succeed. 

I have learned more about creating objectives and the importance of arriving to class early and preparing ahead of time. 

I've learned that it is okay to admit that a mistake was made and own up to it then move on. I'm new to teaching so that made me feel better to know that others have made mistakes, but still done well in this field.
